History

In late 2022, at the tail end of the COVID-19 pandemic, Cravya emerged with a mission to address the challenges of healthy living during lockdown. As people were eager to return to in-person activities, we recognized the limitations imposed on exercise, nutrition, and socialization. This realization sparked our determination to bring about a positive change and offer more ways for individuals to interact beyond the pandemic.

Cravya was born out of the desire to create meaningful and memorable gatherings, whether at work, during workouts, or while exploring nature, as a means to promote a healthy lifestyle.
